MATCHING GRANTS FOR RENOVATION
Baltimore City has committed $1 million to match dollar-for-dollar the rehab portion of loans made from the Healthy Neighborhoods Loan Pool.
Loan Pool Partners
The Healthy Neighborhoods Loan Pool is comprised of 8 banks, which established this $40 million loan pool to make loans at favorable terms and at below-market interest rates.
